✷ about me
Writer, creator and art & life mentor.
I’m Bárbara Duhau. I was born in Argentina, I live in Madrid, and for more than ten years I’ve been helping women return to their own voice through art, writing and wellbeing.

✦ my story
It all begins with a page
I believe art, creativity and writing are channels for every woman to embody her real power.
That’s the thread running through everything I do. I write, I create and I guide processes: books that had been put away, brands that never quite launched, projects that had been circling for years and changes of direction that called for clarity.
I’ve published five books. The latest, Mi mejor amiga: yo (My Best Friend: Me), is a journal and oracle book with 22 cards, written with the same tools I share in my workshops.
I moved from Argentina to Madrid, and today I work with women from more than twenty countries, online and in person. Every experience is a different door to the same place: listening to yourself again, trusting, and turning up the volume of your intuition.

✶ the Art Life Method
Confidence is built by creating
The Art Life Method is my way of working: a journey that brings together three pillars and sits at the heart of everything I offer.
- AArt. Creating with your hands, without chasing a perfect result, so that what needs to be seen can appear.
- WWellbeing. A space of care, far from pressure, at the pace each woman needs.
- CConnection. With your own voice and with other women on the same path.

What changes inside
On the day I had to present my 100-day project, as soon as I woke up I thought: maybe I’m an artist. It was the first time I allowed myself to think that.
I discovered that I’m powerful: just as I can sabotage myself, I can also be my own best healing.
With Bárbara I discovered that it’s okay to want MORE, to have dreams, to wish to be happy.

✷ let’s begin
Where do we go from here?
There are group experiences, one-to-one work and free resources. If you’re not sure which one is right for you, write to me and we’ll figure it out together.
